• Bringing new automation technologies to improve the velocity and quality of our operation efforts.
• Participating in supporting and improving tools for continuous integration, automated performance & release management.
• Troubleshooting & fixing all Issues identified during releases.
• Participating in building systems automation and provisioning frameworks for environments.
• Participate in Internal Team Review meetings.
• This position is a part of BMC SaaS Ops Model. This will include weekends during releases activities and after hour work as needed.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python , Linux-based systems.
• Should have a good understanding of CI/CI Tools like Jenkins, Ansible & Git.
• A strong willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes and understanding of containerization.
• Strong Problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong Problem-solving ability.
• Exposure to DevOps technologies and Processes is highly preferred.
