Regional University Relations Program Manager-Europe
You will report directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition, University Relations. You will align in a matrix relationship to our Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive accountability for regional, specific UR talent acquisition responsibilities and goals.
Work with SBG TA leadership to assist in the effort to collect, validate and compile annual UR hiring demand plans.
Drive intern, co-op and new graduate hiring success through tracking and analyzing university recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of UR programs.
Build and maintain relationships with key academic institutions, regularly assess the flow of talent to the organization and evaluate ROI.
Partner with peer-level regional UR managers to execute on corporate sponsored internship programming and development activities.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of academic systems and processes related to UR talent acquisition and internship programming within a region.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in university relations, campus recruitment, or related talent acquisition field.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent from universities
Strong knowledge of university recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and key stakeholders’
Strong influencing skills and an ability to communicate effectively both up and down through the organization
