CBS - MKT - BD & CE Leadership :

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm’s operations. Key responsibilities includes:

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
• Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
• Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
• Preparing GTM materials for the firm
• Preparing reports for management review

Technical Excellence

• Requisition-to-Onboarding o Download reqs from client SC portals (Ariba, Fieldglass, …) o Share reqs with competency teams and source CVs o Upload CVs onto client SC portal in line with response-time SLAs o Schedule client interviews for shortlisted candidates o Initiate BGV and other onboarding formalities for selected candidates • Order-to-Cash o T&M resources’ accrual reconciliation with client FinOps team o Billing and invoicing o Accounts Receivables and Collection • Operational Reporting o Inventory reporting (demand-to-select funnel reporting) o Resource deployment reporting by SSL/Competency o Service delivery metrics reporting (TAT, SLAs, etc)

Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• Business Analysis (3+ years)
