  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
  • Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
  • Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
  • Preparing GTM materials for the firm
  • Preparing reports for management review


Technical Excellence

Client Experience Account Coordinator We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Account management and data reporting skills. Your key responsibilities • Own Account reporting and ensure relevant stakeholders receive and understand reported data • Owning the account planning process and ensuring regular reviews against planned milestones and targets, ensuring your stakeholders receive and understand report data. This would include liaising with EY Knowledge professionals/sector specialists, working proactively with region account coordinators and business development leaders, and coordinating a global network of region account meetings. • Assist account teams through various business development processes & financial analysis reports (i.e. Revenue Report, Revenue Planning, Sales & Pipeline Report, New Budget Development) and accelerate strategy execution by analysing market trends - how they would translate into revenue generating opportunities. • Maintain and update global account databases and contact lists, as well as collate relevant client information from publicly available databases. • Responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and overall lead the program for your designated account/s using the Account Management Framework of support activities. • Liaise with the Client Service Partner and Director, own the account planning process and ensure regular reviews against planned targets / milestones • Provide relevant knowledge to Account teams – focus on dissemination of business analysis and research, competitive intelligence and relevant firm thought leadership To qualify for the role, you must have • Experience in Account Management and preparing sales and pipeline reporting, as well as providing insightful analysis on the impact of those trends for EY and its clients • Experience in Microsoft tools like excel and PPT • Strong analytical/numerical skills • Networking – Demonstrate ability to create networks within a company and use the networks to navigate across an organization • Ability to consistently deliver high quality work even when meeting tight deadlines • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, and juggle conflicting demands • Professional maturity to confidently interact with stakeholders. • Demonstrate assertiveness, ability to articulate the viewpoints in a succinct manner • Succinct and structured oral and written communications skills • Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization (peer level to senior management) Experience • 6-12 years’ experience in Account management and data reporting and analysis • Bachelor’s degree or above from a commercial or business-related discipline • Experience in research, business operations, and reporting • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word proficiency • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal • Technology o Understand the Business Intelligence tools and should be able to draw the meaningful insights for the account teams to take informed decisions o Understanding of CRM tools functionality and practical experience and experience in supporting Account’s go-to-market efforts o Understanding of financial reporting tools and practical experience to support financial management activities or performing data analysis
