Effectively communicating such technical reference architecture and related digital transformation roadmap to the business functional stakeholders.

Calculating ROI of solutions for assigned business demands.
Actively drive IT Compliance by closely working with BPM Group Manager and IT security and compliance team to ensure Business fulfill its IT compliance obligations such as CMDB, Operation Manuals and all other Siemens Healthineers RIC Control requirements.
Actively drive IT Communications and collaborate with the regional IT Communications Team to deploy effective campaign and change management in the assigned division.
ITIL, ITSM practice
Experience in IT fundamentals such as cloud architecture, software development, data, automation (API and RPA), infrastructure, security and compliance.
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, ServiceNow, SAP, PowerPlatform, UiPath, Winshuttle, Snaplogic, KNIME and Microsoft Copilot Studio/Agent.
Experience in technical solution architecting
Experience in budgeting, supplier pricing analysis/negotiation and cost control
Experience in Project Finance, such as project cost benefit analysis, ROI analysis
Experience in business process analysis and process mapping
Experience in CMDB
Experience in leading a small to mid-size digitization project(s)
Good communication skills that non-technical people can understand
