Responsibilities:

Program Management:
• Develop, execute, and oversee programs aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor program performance, resolve escalations, and implement corrective actions.

Business Assurance & Risk Management:
• Establish and enforce business assurance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance for all business functions.
• Identify gaps in business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Optimization & Quality Assurance:
• Design and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to enhance quality assurance and business resilience.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track success and impact.

Stakeholder & Communication Management:
• Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication.
• Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders on program health and risk areas.

Manage stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Program Management, Business Assurance, or Risk Management.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-wide programs and business assurance functions.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
