Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience leading and developing a team.
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with teams developing native apps for all our platforms (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, visionOS). You must be familiar with Apple developer platforms, frameworks, workflows, and expectations.
  • Experience with Swift, Objective-C, and SwiftUI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience in support, operations, process improvement, relationship management, and data analysis.
  • Proven track record leading and developing teams focused on writing reusable code and exceptional apps.
  • Strong experience responding to critical developer-facing and executive-level escalations.
  • Strong computer science/computer engineering fundamentals: Things change rapidly, and fundamentals are key to adapting and learning quickly.
  • Compassion for developers and their software development and learning process.
  • Ability to continually prioritize and multi-task in a wide-ranging, creative, high productivity environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills: You will be writing, presenting to, and speaking with developers and engineering colleagues regularly.
  • Curiosity, a passion for excellence, the ability to ask the right questions, and the love of working as part of a team!
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $190,700 and $286,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
