As a staff, you'll be expected to closely work with the GDS CCaSS team and the global EY teams. You will be working closely with the team on developing processes and controls and undertake limited / reasonable assurance on the non-financial disclosure / reporting of global EY clients, based on frameworks like ISAE 3000 (Revised) and AA 1000.

While the staff will be based out of our Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Kolkata office, the individual may be required to travel to other countries (short term rotation) for executing the client engagements.

As a staff, you will be required to

• Contribute to the execution of ESG Assurance projects including but not limited to limited /reasonable assurance of ESG disclosure, Green / Climate / Sustainable / Social bonds Assurance, Assurance of Environmental proceeds against legal obligations while ensuring a quality output
• Build and maintain knowledge of global sustainability regulations

Qualifications, skills, and experience

• Graduate in Environmental sciences, Sustainability and other related discipline or Audit background
• Relevant experience in ESG Assurance on various ESG disclosures in line with ISAE 3000 (revised) and / AA1000 assurance standards will be added advantage
• Certifications in climate change, environment, and sustainability related areas from GRI, SASB, GARP, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
