Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain team and organizational structure to support effective and efficient planning operations.
- Develop and implement strategic supply planning processes to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
- Own the program management of supply chain readiness for NPI products, including supply, manufacturability, and hardware planning needs
- Lead and mentor a team of supply planners, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and production schedules to make informed decisions on supply planning.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
- Use advanced supply chain software and tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Eight plus years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management within the semiconductor industry
- 5 plus years’ experience leading teams in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
- 5 plus years of experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience communicating across an enterprise organization
- Experience influencing Sr executives and stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Master’s degree is a plus
