In this role, you will manage integrated purchasing, global supply planning, and purchase order activities. Your focus will be on meeting availability targets, including OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) while adhering to market SLAs. Collaborating across functions, you will address planning and purchasing challenges, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively mitigate potential delays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the buy decisions in line with the supply plan and respecting Market SLA’s
- Execute business control process for the relevant area; translate risks and opportunities into actions following business principles
- Support markets with PR and PO creation and management
- Support Supply Review with relevant Liaison Office (LO) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place
- Responsible for the creation and distribution of operational reports
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- University degree in BA, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related
- 1-2 years of experience in SCM Operations
- Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookup), and ideally SAP SD in AFS
- Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented
