Job Description:

Monitoring customer orders and its status, independently and together with Customer Service. Analyses: availability of materials and components machine occupancy (availability, capacity, optimizations) history and available forecasts subcontracting needs

Creating production plans and performance monitoring (SAP / MRP);

What You’ll Do:

• Monitoring inventory and demand in SAP system.
• Analyses: availability of materials and components machine occupancy (availability, capacity, optimizations)
• Creating production plans and performance monitoring (SAP / MRP)
• Active participation and supervision of the flow of information between departments related to the Supply Chain (Customer Service / Planning / Purchasing / Production Preparation / Logistics)
• Submitting requests for quotation to suppliers.
• Preparing and placing purchase and cooperation orders to internal and external suppliers

You should apply if you have:

• Min 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing company
• Experience of working in SAP
• English, spoken and written
• Top IT and MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Entrepreneurship
• Business savviness
• Strategic planning
