- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

- Experience in a role requiring impeccable business acumen, analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to senior management.
- Experience coaching or managing junior team members; ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence senior managers.
- Experience with organizational design work.
- Experience in Marketing or Advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
