About the Job:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide motion art direction for the design team, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, UX researchers) to define design goals and strategies.
• Mentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design decisions.
• Define micro-interactions, transitions, and animations to enhance the user experience.
• Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Approach design challenges with a curious mindset and explore innovative solutions.
• Solve complex design problems while considering user needs and technical constraints.

Job Contribution:

Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

Moderate level real-world experience in design (3-5 years) with limited experience managing projects independently.

Our Senior Motion Designer, earns between$118,800.00-$178,200.00USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
