Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital advertising.
• Understanding of A/B test and hands-on data analysis skills.

• Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Analyze customer feedback, query logs, and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement, delivering high-impact solutions.
• Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and advertiser/user needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Development Managers towards a common goal with specific partners.
• Communicate the strategy, progress, and updates effectively to senior leadership, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
