• At least 10+ years of project cost controls experience on life sciences projects
• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues. Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis
• Experience in project controls, life sciences operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Understanding of operational business processes in the Engineering and Construction industry
• Experience / Leadership in business or company level financial management
• Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development, desirable
• IT experience or aptitude preferred
• Expertise/ knowledge of: Earned Value Progress Measurement. Project Coordination / Risk Management. Construction Management / Project Management. Construction Project Controls. Value Engineering. Schedule Analysis and Forecasting. Data Analytics and Visualization. Lean Construction.
