To enable complete, accurate and timely Basel regulatory reporting, RWA Close & Operations team is hiring Regulatory Reporting Sr. Analyst. This position requires preparing and analyzing various Regulatory Reports associated with US Basel Rules on a monthly and quarterly basis This includes managing automation and standardization efforts to improve straight through processing of regulatory filings.

This position will require financial/ regulatory reporting experience to perform reporting activities involving complex regulatory instructions, different Citi systems, and manual processing. Incumbent will be required to quickly build an in-depth and thorough understanding of Basel reporting requirements and utilize knowledge of systems (Optima, CitiRisk, RegInsight, Pearl etc.) and process flows to ascertain and opine on identified issues both for report preparation and strategic remediation.

Responsibilities include:

• Regulatory report preparation, analysis and filing (including FFIEC101, Y9C, FFEIC 031, Pillar 3 disclosures and various other reports); this includes associate restatement analysis and submission
• Monitoring and reconciling RWA Reporting to Citi's financial books and records and other Key Regulatory Reports
• Analyzing variances within the RWA Regulatory Reports
• Delivering executive presentations on regulatory results
• Supporting the automation efforts of RWA Reporting and Analytics
• Ensuring a strong control environment for Citi's Standardized and Advanced RWA Reporting and Analytics
• Support senior leads in preparing and presenting for reviews, audits and regulatory exams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or business related field of study
• Any professional qualification in accounting is a plus
• 4+ years of finance reporting and/or business analysis experience in a large financial institution
• Experience with financial and regulatory reporting
• Solid analytical background and skill set with demonstrated experience in reconciliation - Data Tracing - Data Mining
• Previous exposure to Basel III preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required; experience in working with Python and Tableau is preferred

• Must be local to Tampa or willingness to relocate to Tampa

• Job may require working on weekends and holidays depending on report submission deadlines and critical deliverables
