In this role, you will:

  • Serve as an expert advisor to lead highly complex and substantial cash flow and real estate loans and certain other industry specific solutions with Mid-Corporate clients having enterprise impact, high risk or significant scope, by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders

  • Strategically lead and resolve for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to Mid-Corporate clients to meet the most complex and significant needs across multiple areas of the enterprise that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions; may coordinate highly complex activities and resolutions.

  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Mid-Corporate Relationship Management company wide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations

  • Strategically lead all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives, and represent the company externally; serve as an expert advisor to leadership, represent the company externally as an expert and act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues

  • Review, understand and offer the full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients to meet the most complex needs that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions

  • Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, by keeping information current in relevant systems such as Customer Relationship Management systems

  • Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through your existing network


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Mid-Corporate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Established network of c-suite executives, owners, and centers of influence in the food and agribusiness industry

  • Strong knowledge of specialized lending to agribusiness, processors and branded food companies

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial or food or agribusinessspecialty group: lending, loan servicing, products, and credit practicesrelevant to the mid corporate sized companies

  • Strong understanding of commodity risks relevant in the food and agribusiness industry

  • Relevant experience funding through commodity cycles and structuring transformative capital investment and acquisitions in the food and agribusiness industry

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of negotiating: interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of risk management

  • Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Obtaining and/or maintainingappropriate FinancialIndustry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) isrequiredfor ongoing employment in this position. FINRA Series 63 and 79 examinations, or equivalent must be completed within either a 90 or 180-daytime periodfollowing commencement of employment, depending upon the number of license(s) needed if notimmediatelyavailable to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated attimeof offer acceptance. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory. In addition to state registration and licensing requirements, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply.Additionalrequirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo willinitiatethe FINRA licensing review process at the time of offer acceptance. For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite isrequired

Pay Range

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
