As a Sr Advanced ISC Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in providing expertise in driving data-driven insights and analytics tooptimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within theIntegrated Supply Chain organization. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams and leadership to address business challenges anddevelop analytical solutions. You will use your mastery of data analytics todevelop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuousimprovement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insightswill be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy at Honeywell. You willreport directly to our ISC Analytics Manager, the role will be based in SanLuis Potosi, operating on a 3x2 work schedule. In this role, you will impact decision making in the business, optimizeprocesses, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the successful execution of a comprehensive data strategy for theIntegrated Supply Chain organization, including data collection, storage, andmaintenance, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningfulinsights from supply chain data, providing actionable recommendations toimprove efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics,production, and finance, to align supply chain analytics with overall businessgoals and strategies.
• Identify and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies tosupport data visualization, reporting, and monitoring of supply chain KPIs.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizingsupply chain processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through dataanalysis, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability totranslate complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g.,Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics,Engineering, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence andcoach others
• Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making anddelivering measurable business results
• Experience in supply chain analytics or related field
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning,predictive modeling, etc.)
