This role can be based in our Redmond, WA or Washington D.C. office.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, Technology, Law, Liberal Arts, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years work experience in government affairs, corporate affairs, campaign, fundraising, PAC, or related area OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in political fundraising, PAC management, or grassroots activities.
  • 5+ years of experience with federal or state political/campaign work.

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft’s strategic objectives and the broader technological, political, policy, and industry landscape.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Developing strategies to grow PAC membership through recruitment, marketing, and engagement activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, local laws, and internal policies related to PAC contributions and reporting.
  • Managing fundraising campaigns and events, involving executives and employees in political and PAC-related initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the U.S. Government Affairs team to align state and federal programs.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to align MSVPAC initiatives with Microsoft's business goals and resources.
  • Help develop membership benefits and campaigns to boost engagement.
