Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP), coordinating activities, resources, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the creation, tracking, and reporting of project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, escalating variances and risks as needed.
  • Support the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial justifications for IT initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, facilitate meetings, manage dashboards, and support risk, issue, and change management processes.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or financial project support, preferably in IT environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP) is required.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

Ideally, you’ll also have

PMP, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.

Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments.
