1. Manage end-to-end delivery program and dashboard for CSC Pune.
2. Management of the RLS Program and Capacity Analysis for CSC Pune.
3. Effective Demand Management for CSC Pune.
4. Be the coordinator for the site for all Delivery, Demand and R&LS related activities with Site Leadership, PMOs and other stakeholders.
5. Management CSC Pune reporting such as Balanced Scorecard, MOR etc.
6. Streamline or re-engineer center level processes through automation.

1. Strategy

  • End to end ownership of all strategic projects & programs, including planning, execution, reporting, financials & risks
  • These projects / programs could be very diverse from each other – with outcomes being very different.

2. Resource and Location Strategy:

  • Partner with the senior business unit managers at the Site and global strategy teams to periodically assess functional growth requirements from both headcount and functional depth standpoints.
  • Ensure the above forecast is reconciled with the global forecast for the location and any major gaps identified for correction.
  • Partner with business unit managers and HR to ensure appropriate Organization Design elements are adhered to around span of control, reporting adjacency, stovepipes etc.

3. Talent Lifecycle Management:

  • Partner with HR / cross support groups to promote internal mobility, smooth onboarding experience, drive campus strategy, foster the culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Monitor internal and external trends around workforce churn and suggest proactive strategies to avoid any regrettable attrition.
  • Partner with HR to enhance the employee value proposition, through appropriate policies and practices.
  • Partner with HR to strategize, manage & deliver the technology learning program.

5. Infrastructure Demand / Supply Management:

  • Partner with cross-functional groups to periodically track, report and manage various aspects of IT and non-IT infrastructure elements (including seating inventory and utilization, computing equipment supply to support ongoing growth, facilities at the premises and evolving needs).
  • Partner with cross-support functions to track utilization of Infrastructure facilities and suggest forward looking strategies to enhance adoption and workforce productivity.

6. Governance:Maintain a controlled environment at the site, by ensuring proper awareness, timely guidance provided to business units for KRI enhancement.

7. Reporting:Management of reporting related to delivery, R&LS, demand management, MOR etc.

Streamline or re-engineer center level processes through lead strategy bringing in efficiencies and with effective controls in place to ensure an overall controlled environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of work experience with at least 4-5 years’ experience in strategy and delivery management function.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders spanning across local and global senior management, business unit PMOs, Operations and Technology teams etc.
  • Experience with interpretation and application of Policies along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of business, demand, delivery and strategy related requirements.
  • Must be able to work through cross-departmental situations, track performance, communicate expectations, anticipate and recognize problems, and when appropriate, escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to interact and communicate both written and verbally with the senior management team.
  • Create strong presentations for stakeholders on Delivery Management, Demand Management, and Strategy Management etc.
  • Have capacity to communicate with both the Business and the Technology groups to effectively facilitate delivery and demand related aspects.
  • Ability to create metrics, maintain trackers and other documents as needed.
