Site Governance Management:
- Drive the execution of communication & employee engagement strategy and tracking & reporting of activities and accomplishments
- Ensure documentation pertaining to the CSC is accurate and relevant to partners and stakeholders
- Maintain Site Budgets for Employee engagement
- Maintain Site calendar and activity tracker
- Ensure the smooth operation of Business Office activities managing the CSC Site Business Office Communications Analyst
- Responsible for managing & owning the site standards for CSC Chennai – in coordination with other workgroup owners & Site Operations team
- Responsible for maintaining the advanced status for CSC Chennai, in the CSC Site Standards annual evaluation
Communications:
- Develop an effective Communications Strategy for both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a comprehensive and regular cycle of communication at site level.
- Coordinate site visuals and site collateral materials including newsletters, posters and videos
- Maintain Intranet sites and ensure they are relevant and up to date
- Creative approach in writing speeches, blogs and other material for the Site Heads
People, Talent Management and Culture:
- Partner with CSC HR and the Site Leadership team on promoting various employee initiatives eg. review site VOE results; create working committees to address people issues at the site; Sponsors site diversity networks and VOE committees.
- Coordinate common, efficient and effective new employee onboarding and maintains a site-wide new hire training programs.
- Selects and champions site Social Responsibility initiatives. Tracks participation and publicize accomplishments.
- Leads focus on employment attrition efforts along with managers and HR.
- Coordinate Senior Management visits to the site ensuring accurate representation of the attributes of the CSC.
Community Investment Agenda (External Relationships and Brand Management):
- With the Site Head establish working relationships with local business associations, government agencies, colleges & universities
- Partner closely in initiatives with recruitment/grad recruitment
- Oversee community engagement
- Represent Citi at community events and at member business association meetings
- Continually learn and assess global Citi messaging and programs and apply messaging to the site
- Coordination of branding activities ensuring compliance with Citi’s brand guidelines
CSC Network:
- Partner with CSC Business Office in execution of Network strategic priorities
- Partner with local GPA team in highlighting significant CSC achievements
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
- Experience with databases and information management
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
