Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily sustaining line support for all products within the Urology division
• Supporting new product launch activities by working with project management and divisional partners
• Collaboration with technicians and manufacturing engineers to assist in the identification of manufacturing process defects, identification of primary root causes, understanding corrective and preventative actions, and dispositioning non-conforming material
• Using risk analysis tools to identify, prioritize, disposition, and resolve product quality issues
• Proactively investigating, identifying, and implementing best-in-class Quality Engineering practices.
• Providing support and mentorship to fellow engineers and technicians

What we're looking for in you:
Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of related Quality or manufacturing experience
• Experience with NCEP/CAPA process

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a regulated medical device industry
• Knowledge of new product development and launch activities
• Technical mentorship experience
