As anEntry-Level Smart Metering Consultant, you will collaborate with a team of subject matter experts in Smart Metering to deliver meter infrastructure upgrades to water utility clients around the world, enabling organizational and digital transformation for our clients through the implementation of new water metering systems. You will aid with reviewing and tailoring detailed request for proposal technical specifications to water utility objectives. You will support the implementation project management for utilities undergoing large-scale meter replacement projects, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- The Smart Metering Consultant supports the implementation of smart metering projects for water utilities.
- Utilizes existing procedures to coordinate with water utility and contractor to schedule meter locations for replacement.
- Completes detailed review of project invoices, including validation of network connectivity for installed equipment.
- Attends weekly meetings with contractor and utility, compiling key performance metrics and insight into project progress.
- Reviews data collection for quality assurance and coordinates with other Smart Metering Experts to resolve issues with contractor.
