Key Responsibilities:
As a PD engineer in the team, you will be part of the PD/STA teams responsible for synthesis, PnR, timing closure and signoff closure of various blocks and SoC implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering.
- 2+ years’ experience in PD roles
- Experience with constraints development working with the design engineers
- Good understanding of flows and concepts of:
- Synthesis
- LEC
- Placement
- CTS
- Margins, OCV, timing corners
- Crosstalk analysis
- Hands on working experience in the below areas:
- Floor planning, power network creation and analysis
- Place and Route aspects like placement, congestion resolution, timing optimization, CTS, routing and DRC/LVS closure
- Constraints creation, timing analysis and signoff timing closure
- ECO implementation
- Good working knowledge in Cadence tools (Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus preferable)
