Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, visual design, service design, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field; Master’s preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Deep knowledge of design principles, methods, layout and composition
- Deep empathy for customer problems and understanding of business needs and goals
- Great attention to detail, organizational and documentation skills
- Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Expert at conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, andprototyping
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Mural/Murio, etc
- Experience working with Jira is a plus
- A dazzling online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process
