As the Mobile Platform Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a large group of senior engineers within our organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the development and maintenance of our mobile platform, including the creation and management of SDKs and Tooling, ensuring observability, and monitoring of the platform's performance, and driving the migration of core components to improve scalability and efficiency.

Your day to day-

• Lead and manage a team of talented and experienced engineers.
• Implement and make critical decisions to drive innovation in the mobile space.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with likeminded mobile experts.
• Explore new ideas, propose novel solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our mobile platform.
• Mentor and partner closely with cross functional teams in design, product and other business units.

What you need to bring-

• Experience effectively managing and leading a team of senior engineers.
• Extensive experience with mobile app development, mobile operating systems (e.g., iOS, Android), and relevant programming languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Java).
• Extensive experience with people management skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple aspects of mobile platform development, and the ability to handle complex projects and strategic planning.
