Billing Administrator
You will report to the Sr Field Service Manager and will work out of our Albany, NY office on a hybrid schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Manage billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with clients
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Stay updated on billing regulations and best practices
The hourly range for this position is $27.88-$35.10. Please note this compensation information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, operations, or finance
- Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
