You will lead and empower a scrum team to ensure that deliverables are achieved in committed timeline

• Organize and facilitate agile practices so the team can live the agile values and principles
• Support agile team by assessing team health, identify blockers or impediments, report risks, and mentor team on agile practices
• Coordinate sprints, stand-ups, and sprint retrospective meetings; Collaborate with engineering owners to ensure backlog refinement and planning
• Build and support a productive, safe, and fun working culture; Inspire agile team with a positive can-do attitude

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business or related years of experience
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an IT environment, to include experience leading scrum teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• At a minimum, 8 years leading highly efficient Scrum teams with proven track record of success
• Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile principles; Ability to manage sophisticated projects and subject matter with tight deadlines
• Work with a collaborative team to solve business problems
• Understanding of Webex Contact Center; Experience with IVR development
• Good understanding and experience with call flows; Experience with Calabrio Call recording and WFM
• Understanding of call dispositions & retry results
• Good understanding of contact center technologies, including IVR, ACD, call routing, and telephony systems
