Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure a unified and seamless customer experience.
- Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring personalized and seamless experiences for our customers.
- Design and code responsive HTML email templates for effective communication with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing communication across channels.
- Set up marketing automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency.
- Actively participate in building, testing, and deploying omni-channel marketing communication to ensure smooth and effective channel execution.
- Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including best practices and user guides.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platform (CDP) platforms.
- Expertise in utilizing Journey Builder to create seamless and engaging customer experiences.
- Strong experience in designing and coding responsive HTML email templates for optimal display across devices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices in designing and implementing omni-channel journeys.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies.
