Also, as part of the project team you’ll:
• Manage and coordinate activities of multiple contractors engaged in construction of new and repair and replacement of existing water distribution, sewer collection, and water and wastewater treatment system components
• Serve as the liaison between contractor, designers, inspectors and other stakeholders of the project to facilitate communication, decision making and problem solving
• Ensure Adherences to Safety, Quality, Ethical Standards, Lessons Learned, and Performance Management programs in accordance with company/program policies, standards, guides, and contractual commitments
• Ensure timely delivery of construction projects and components within budget in accordance with approved construction and engineering specifications, policies, practices, and quality standards
• Provide guidance to inspection staff and assist with day-to-day outside service agreements activities including phased and final product acceptance, review and approval of invoices, coordination meetings, reporting, and schedule and cost control
• Ensure thorough inspection of construction material, workmanship, documentation, and practices to ensure they meet technical specifications and contractual requirements
• Ensure thorough and accurate daily record of activities, progress, and issues
• Help investigate, document, and report existing site conditions to facilitate project execution
• Communicate effectively relevant project information between cliental and Jacobs management
