What you´ll do

• Technology Strategy Development:
• IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.
• Digital Transformation:Lead the organization’s digital transformation efforts, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics to optimize business processes.
• Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
• Budget Management:Manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
• Vendor Management:Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with other executive team members and department heads to understand their technology needs and ensure that IT initiatives support overall business objectives.

Requirements :

What you should have

• Proven experience as a CIO or Senior IT leadership role, preferably at least 3-4 years within the hi-tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse IT team, with a focus on driving results and fostering innovation.
• Ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Operational and leadership experience in international environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
