What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training, including active participation in collision center shadowing for practical experience
- Engage in instructor-led training to develop a comprehensive understanding of Tesla vehicles
- Be a collaborative and engaged team member during both lab and lectures
- Prioritize safety by adhering to established protocols at all times
- Maintain organization by ensuring proper tooling management
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet weekly curriculum objectives and deadlines
- Cultivate and sustain a consistent and professional rapport with instructors
- Successfully attend and pass each training session throughout the 16-week program with a minimum score of 80%
- Must be capable of reporting to START training location or local Collision Repair Center as needed
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Accept employment at a Tesla Collision Repair Center within 30 days of graduation from the program; must be willing to relocate
- Valid driver's license preferred
