JOB DESCRIPTION
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule Fridays through Mondays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand customer needs and pain points to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
• Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
• Implement customer-centric processes and systems to enhance the overall customer experience

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience or a related role
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar technical field
• Certification in customer experience or related areas
• Experience with customer experience management tools and platforms
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
