Responsibilities:

• Deliver demonstrations for all SAP Concur services & solutions
• Prepare to deliver solution demonstrations: Meet with prospects to identify their requirements; Research competitive strengths and weaknesses; Configure software as appropriate to best address prospect issues; Ensure demonstrations are free of complications and targeted toward the prospect’s specific business and functional requirements ; Succinctly solve prospect-specific business problems by means of using SAP Concur’s solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to encourage clients to choose SAP Concur’s services and solutions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of SAP Concur’s competitors’ solutions, company direction, financial stability, etc.
• Keep current with industry events, solution offerings, etc.
• Provide advice and guidance to other Solution Advisors as requested; share knowledge with the greater SC team
• Regularly participate in sales team meetings, account reviews, and strategy calls
• Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of all SAP Concur solutions, updates, functionality, etc.
• Provide input on prospect requirements, gaps and strengths, to Solution Marketing teams as needed
• Assist at trade shows, user conferences, etc. as requested
• Interact and effectively communicate with sales, marketing and external customers
• Operate under moderate supervision
• Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies

Education, Experience & Training required:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience in pre-sales functions (e.g. CRM, ERP) or equivalent SAP Concur experience
• Proven experience in making formal presentations and the ability to quickly adapt presentations and reconfigure software.

• Broad business knowledge: ability to interpret and utilize industry information on competitors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and open to change, new ideas, and concepts
• Uses professional concepts and company policies to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways
• Self-starter, able to find answers and solve problems independently
• Strong partnership skills
• Interacts with prospects at all levels in order to illustrate the value & benefits of the proposed solutions
• Interacts with other SAP Concur employees at all levels
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
