Senior Manager II, Software Engineering

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in software engineering or related area; Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 3 years of experience in software engineering or related area.

Experience reviewing System Design and Architecture by leveraging knowledge of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming), SOLID Design principles, and Design Patterns. Experience building high performance, scalable, and reliable applications and distributed systems. Experience scaling software applications using Java, Ruby, Spring Data JPA REST, J2EE, JBOSS, Web Services, Hibernate, NoSQL, Oracle, and Cloud Computing. Experience leading an engineering team. Experience with full stack software development, including backend RESTful services, Android/iOS mobile, web front end using React, Ionic and React Native, orchestrations, and coding. Experience designing low latency and highly scalable synchronous and asynchronous systems using Kafka, JMS, and RabbitMQ. Experience improving application scalability and reliability by tuning applications using JFR and Memory Analysis.
