Description
In this role, you will drive demands to product implementations. You will identify, develop, and implement new methodologies that support DMP development. Typical responsibilities will include:- Work with all partners to refine methodology proposals to add maximal value with minimal overhead- Develop methodologies proposals, build concepts, and lead function design- Maintain methodologies once in service to ensure their continued use and acceptable level of quality- Undergo continuous improvement of new methodologies implemented and pre-existing methodologies- Facilitate decision making with relevant partners and drive all open items to closure- Identify risks, generate mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to resolve- Track outstanding actions required to achieve desired timelines- Facilitate communication and collaboration needed to progress product/platform development- Communicate status across different multi-functional groups and management levels, as appropriate - from individual contributors to executive management
Key Qualifications
- 3 + years of experiences in product management with capability in bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally working on data platform, machine-learned systems, and/or sophisticated backend and front-end systems
- 2+ years of experiences in project management with examples of successful methodology's identification, development and implementation
- Understands and deals well with development cycles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, presentation skills with various audience and levels
- Excellent listening skills, can rapidly get up to speed with new ideas and technologies
- Equally comfortable in big-picture strategy and deep technical discussions
- Can work collaboratively and multi-functionally throughout the entire organization
- Able to influence others without authority and build trust with other teams
- Experience in crafting or using efficiency tools
- Validated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Experiences in product design of algorithm based analytics or business digitalization
- Proven understanding in data science or machine learning is a plus
Education & Experience
M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or related field or B.S. with equivalent industry experiences
