In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives as a high-level individual contributor
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Investment Banking for the affordable housing sector, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with Investment Banking peers, colleagues, and manager to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead Investment Banking projects and teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years direct public finance work experience
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, and an understanding of public finance market. Must clearly demonstrate execution experience with affordable housing municipal transactions.
- Familiarity with industry software tools like DBC Housing and CFX Housing
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills, including memos, white papers, and RFP/RFQ preparation
- An energetic self-starter who is detail oriented with strong quantitative skills and enjoys working in a team environment; able to work with little direct supervision and thrives in a high energy environment.
- Ability to source and execute transactions independently.
- Ability to direct junior team members.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

- Ability to travel up to 20% or as needed

Pay Range
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
