• Demonstrated 8-10 years of experience leading teams of technologists preferably in a comparable technology complexity or financial institutions organization on the Z platform-Mainframe for high availability configurations and operations
• Experience building strong, effective teams maintaining impeccable performance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in high stress situations
• Open and willing to learning and sharing your knowledge with the team and helping them achieve their goals and upskill constantly.
• Positive attitude with the drive to get the work done partnering with other units at different levels.
• Have to enjoy collaborating and working as part of a cross discipline team in difficult conversation and challenging personalities.
• You need to demonstrate cases where you continuously were looking for ways to improve operations and succeeded..
• Good solid understanding the importance of prioritization of your work.
• Providing a great experience for your team and your internal customers is important to you.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
• ITL , Lean, Six Sigma is a plus
