In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Independent processing of offers and contracts based on input received from Sales Dept.
- Advising and supporting the sales force in the implementation of pricing and contract strategies.
- Answering price inquiries and creating price lists.
- Collaboration on projects in the area of price and offer management.
- Management of price discrepancies.
- Solution-oriented complaint management and credit note preparation in cooperation with the Finance and Customer Excellence departments.
- Price- and master-data-maintenance as well as price-reporting and -analysis in SAP.
- Processing and documentation of daily enquiries with internal and external customers in SalesForce.
What are we looking for in you:
- Successfully completed commercial training and 3 years of professional experience in internal sales/tender, customer service or price management.
- Ability to work in a team, social skills, initiative, commitment and customer orientation.
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, high degree of self-organization, structured way of working.
- Business acumen with the mindset of supporting our sales dept to be successful.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good MS Office user skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience in working with an ERP system, ideally SAP R3/SD or S4/HANA.
- Experience in working with a CRM system, ideally SalesForce/ServiceCloud.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
