• Manage platform: Manage our industry leading supply platform, impacting directly on the company's business.
• Requirement Gathering, Prioritization and execution: Lead the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Identify opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business goals, and communicates this vision effectively to the team.

• 5+ years experience in product management experience, successfully bringing complex products to market and achieving significant business impact.
• Proven track record of executing high scale projects in an highly scaled environment.
• Solid understanding of platform architecture and the technical aspects of building and maintaining a platform.
• Data savvy. Ability to analyze test results, dig deep into data, form hypotheses and make data driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the company (English and Hebrew)

• Experience in mobile advertising or gaming and in high scale platforms.
• Experience with working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
