As a Platform Product Manager you will create the products and tools that empower teams from Marketing, Monetization, Product, CRM, and Technical Operations to deliver an optimized and personalized experience to millions of players.

• Defining the Product Vision and Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their pains and needs, and align them with the company's goals and objectives. Define the product roadmap and prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, market research, and business needs.
• Gathering Requirements and Creating Product Specifications: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define detailed product specifications.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders, including Market Research, Monetization, Product, R&D, and CRM, to ensure that the products align with the company's overall strategy and meet the needs of the target market. Communicate updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues that arise throughout the product development process.
• Overseeing Product Development: Work closely with the development teams to ensure that the product is developed according to the specifications and requirements. Conduct regular sprint planning and prioritization meetings, provide guidance and clarifications to the teams, mitigating risks, and ensure that the products are delivered on time and within project constraints.
• Defining and Measuring KPIs: Define and measure KPIs for developed features and products, ensuring they align with business goals and drive product success.

• 4+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative B2B, B2B2C or platform products.
• Adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and can clearly convey messages (written and oral).
• Excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with and influence other teammates.
