To act as a member of the Batch Management team that supports processes, tools and products used in Mainframe Batch Scheduling space such as Tivoli Workload Scheduler z/OS, Dynamic Workload Console.
You will be a member of the multi-disciplinary team that supports all Citi lines of businesses for services like User Acceptance Testing, Production Job Scheduling, Workload Automation and solutions development.
We will assist all new application and support teams on on-boarding new users. We will also drive User Pilot Programs & Presentations, build user-community training/end user education through lunch and learn sessions and craft self-service training materials. You will identify process improvement areas and initiate steps to improve on these areas and where possible - automate.
You will provide service quality metrics by building data collections reporting scripts, create analytics to improve operations. You will create technical support documents and Global Process Control Manuals.
We will be advocates of the global strategy by developing our highly-collaborative workforce to use global standard tools and processes.
Build and deploy scripts and procedures to support the automation of tasks and processes as well as self-service capabilities for our internal partners.
Provide 24*7 follow the sun support for critical production problems on batch scheduling and automation/reporting solutions.

Develop partnerships with customers, handle expectations, customer concerns and vendor engagements.
Communicate and carry out compliance to the policies, standards, procedures to users in handling change requests
Drive transformation/lean efforts that will optimize business operations and improve current process efficiency and effectiveness
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
