Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience structuring capital intensive projects.
- Experience with any of the following: site selection for high-technology, industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification.
- Experience managing large-scale, technical projects with changing timelines, performing resources and priorities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercially and technically creative solutions.
- Ability to communicate with diverse-stakeholders, and develop and articulate directional plans for long-term growth to help the teams understand context and feed into team and resource prioritization.
