On any given day you will be:

• Working with large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records

• Conducting data analysis to support BAU reviews and validations

• Identifying and implementing process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization

• Improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness through automation and standardization

• Extracting and analyzing data

• Consulting on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 6 years of experience in data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience in data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD plus at least 1 year of experience in data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.

• At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience

• At least 4 years of programming experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree

• At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience

• At least 1 year of experience in people management

• At least 1 years of project management experience

• At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark or SQL

• At least 3 years of experience in Tableau

• Proficient utilizing and developing within AWS service

This role is Hybrid, with associates expected to consistently spend three days per week in the office.

Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Data Analysis Manager McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Data Analysis Manager Plano, TX: $144,000 - $164,400 for Data Analysis Manager Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Data Analysis Manager Wilmington, DE: $144,000 - $164,400 for Data Analysis ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
