Administer the system according to the needs of the client and within scope of SAP Concur’s products/services
Maintain multiple customer environments in parallel and assist in identifying usage gaps to increase adoption levels
Modify, maintain configuration, troubleshoot, and resolve issues ranging from moderate to complex, at a macro level as well as specific features and functionality, at a modular level
Provide guidance and offer best practice recommendations to the customer to ensure an optimized solution
Collaborate with cross functional internal teams to streamline communication in a concise, consistent fashion
Escalate issues to designated specialists and/or cross-functional teams to ensure issues are addressed in an efficient manner
Experience
Fluency in English
2+ years’ experience in a related client-facing role, such as implementation, consulting, or advanced customer support
Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve complex implementation issues
Other Requirements
Open-minded and capable of establishing excellent cooperation with other business partners (internal/external)
2+ years’ experience with SAP Concur Solutions preferred
Strong problem resolution skills – proven ability to engage and interact with peers and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts quickly
