In this role, you will be responsible for overall Ultrasound products' operating plan in the country assigned. Manage overall in country operations and strategy for cross Ultrasound segments, manage expectations of customers from the C-suite level, handle direct, indirect and Ultrasound multi segment deals. He/she shall work closely and align in-country Ultrasound strategies with regional Ultrasound segment leaders and teams to deliver Ultrasound Operating plan in the country.
Key Responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):
- Lead & own in country operations and accountable for financial consolidation for Ultrasound product at the country level.
- Own funnel for country orders & sales. Accurately forecast order, sales and growth opportunities within designated territory for all Ultrasound segments.
- Develop and execute the coverage/distribution strategy for all Ultrasound segments.
- Manage Channel Partners on Delivery/Schedule/PO for all Ultrasound segments.
- Drive demand creation through talks, seminars, training and other promotional activities.
- Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements
- Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to achieve financial outcomes.
- Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and company.
- Lead in country marketing/education activities
- Manage customers’ expectations : HOD, Finance, Key Decision makers, Societies, etc
- Handle direct or multi segment deals involving MOH, tenders & etc.
- Facilitate effective communication & collaboration within the country. Drive country operating mechanisms and ensure follow-up identified leads between all ULTRASOUND product lines.
- Act as a primary customer point of contact in the country and represent One GE Healthcare in case of multimodality projects and cross-P&L business events and ultimately accountable for issue resolution for assigned country.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Sales
- A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
- Solid channel management experience, strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills.
- Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload
- Fluent in English communication and 1 or more local language preferred.
