Here, you will make an impact by:
Determining and managing key accounts in order to accomplish and advance sales budgets, and maximize opportunities to make sales.
Implementing Company strategy and delivering annual targets and goals.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new key accounts.
Coordinate with sales, customer service and operations teams internally to deliver on accounts expectations.
Cooperating with trade marketing team to implement activities targeted to key accounts.
Turn your objectives and value-adds into actions and commitments.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree, preferably in Economics and/or Marketing fields
Very good English level both spoken and written
Previous experience in similar roles within Retail and DIY clients
Communication Skills
Goal oriented
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
