General Responsibilities:
- Process associate's concerns and inquiries via HRIS Tool, HR Case Ticketing Tool and Telephone Platform
- Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within agreed timeline for HRHC core tasks
- Following the approved Local Work Instructions and Process Standards
- Coordinate and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution within the agreed timeline of the inquiry
- May be assigned/rotated across related sub-functions in Help Center
- Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:
- At least college graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience.
- Has a knowledge and experience in HR Contact Center using Amazon Connect or any cloud contact system
- Has a knowledge and experience in HRIS tool i.e Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft
- Has a knowledge and experience in Case Ticketing Tools i.e Salesforce, Service Now, and Siebel Sequel
- Has a knowledge and experience in Gsuites
- Willing to work in Alabang
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
