Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in consultative sales, digital advisory, strategy consulting and/or large complex digital transformation engagements

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 12+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years account management experience
    • OR equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience of Business Transformation and/or Digital Transformation work in the International Development, Government, Education, Human Services or Health Sectors.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession

  • Accelerate customer relevance and satisfaction, by driving executive engagements with key business decision makers and C-Level executives focused on the core strategic priorities of their organizations and making AI & Cloud Technologies a fundamental piece of their strategies.
  • Deliver business growth through leading and empowering a multi-disciplinary Account Team, partnering with Solution Specialists , Customer Success resources and the broader One Microsoft Team.
  • Lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle based on strategic account planning.
  • Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution.
  • Lead partnership across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft.
